Facts About Gardenia

For weddings and floating water flowers, gardenias are a popular choice. You’ll get them right from the source. If you buy in bulk, you’ll save much more money per stem than if you buy in little quantities. They’re accessible all year round, which is convenient.

In order to truly appreciate and manage this extremely rare kind.  It’s cultivated for its stunning foliage on one of our favorite farms, and the result is a unique fresh cut bloom. As a result, it is more than simply a beautiful decoration for the bride’s big day. Alexander Garden, a Scottish physician, is the inspiration for the variety’s name. Midway through the 18th century, he was also a botanist who collected the plants for medicinal uses. According to custom, French men wear them as boutonnieres since they are so popular in the country.

They exude the scent of love and balmy summer evenings. Traditional corsages and boutonnieres are used during proms and weddings, respectively. In the South, the smell of them heralds the arrival of spring. Their name is gardenia. This plant has more than 250 kinds, but the two characteristics that unite each of them are the smell and the waxy white blossoms.
