Senior home nurses tend to not let our drivers see the patients. Our drivers will hand your arrangement to the registered nurse on duty to give to your loved ones. You will get a photo, if the nurse allows our driver to deliver to your loved one, we will provide a photo of that as well. 

We count on our customers to provide the correct information needed for a smooth delivery, if any incorrect information is given, that will delay your delivery. Delivery will go for the next day. Our team knows what questions to ask so that this doesn’t happen, all we ask is that you are prepared. 

 If you are looking to have a special made arrangement delivered all we ask is that you have everything our driver needs to know on hand. If our drivers are going to a hospital, we will not be able to go inside the patient’s room, but we will be able to deliver it to the floor it needs to go on and hand it to the nurse or team that is taking care of the patient. You will get a photo once delivered

We will need all the correct information to be sure that a special someone receives their arrangements. Courts, police stations, and other government jobs will not allow our drivers inside to deliver, our drivers will either have to wait for the person to come down to the front to receive their arrangement or they would have to leave it with the person in the front. A photo will be sent once delivered.
